I’ll admit: There’s nothing better than sinking into a cozy bed piled high with softness at the end of a busy day—or any day, really. And the key to creating said comfort zone? An upholstered headboard (says the owner of a very stylish, very hard, wooden canopy bed)! Sure, any fabric-wrapped version is softer than mine, but tufting and arms that hug you like a chair make the above version* even more enticing (let’s not even talk about the hot pink hue). Used to be you had to have these bad boys custom made to score a deal, but now there’s a range of good-looking, big-box store options for any budget.
