To help prep for an influx of friends and family (and potential unexpected guests), our friends at Bellocq in New Orleans whipped up a festive fall cocktail to keep everyone in good spirits. Sip on this T-Day toddy from a mini pumpkin—you’ll have enough dishes to worry about on November 28!

Chamomile Roasted Pumpkin Brandy Sour with Fresh Grated Cinnamon

Shake and pour:
1.5 oz Noilly Prat dry vermouth
.5 oz roasted pumpkin infused vieux marc brandy
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
Egg white
Dash chamomile bitters
Grated fresh cinnamon
