Have hog, will travel.

That’s the attitude of Rodney Scott, renowned pit master from Hemingway, South Carolina. His famed barbecue joint was tragically engulfed in flames two days before Thanksgiving. But rather than being down in the dumps, he’s back in the pit.

From January 20 until February 4, Rodney is taking his ‘cue on the road and, as usual, going whole hog. Collaborating with the Fatback Collective—a BBQ loving team of chefs, restauranteurs, and ‘cue enthusiasts—Rodney will be serving the South some mean barbecue. A portion of the proceeds will help fund the rebuilding of Scott’s Bar-B-Que.

See if they’re making a pit stop in your hometown.
