The Southern Living Test Kitchen has been loving our latest batch of fan mail and seeing your photos of our recipes come to life. From our Lemon-Lime Pound Cake to our Chicken Enchilada Casserole, y’all can cook. So we thought we would give you a glimpse into what we’ve been working on for the past few weeks.

photo3 Behind the Scenes in Our Test Kitchen We’ve been kicking our the jams using Southern-style sweeteners like cane and sorghum syrup. Here are some of our favorite fruit fusions including a strawberry-orange combo.

photo5 Behind the Scenes in Our Test Kitchen We’ve been testing a new slew of ham glaze combinations. Easter just got a whole lot tastier y’all.

Have you made a recipe from our March issue? We want to see it! E-mail us at testkitchen@timeinc.com or write to us at Southern Living Food Department 2100 Lakeshore Drive Birmingham, AL 35209.
