Here at Southern Living, we are big fans of Texan director Wes Anderson. While we wait for his latest flick, The Grand Budapest Hotel to hit Birmingham theaters, we are feasting our eyes on this recipe video he created for the the Courtesan au Chocolat pastry featured prominently in the movie.
