Spring is finally here, which means the bleak days of the polar vortex are behind us! I have packed away those dreaded words, along with my puffy coats, hoping not to see them for a while.
As a Texas transplant, I love this time of year in New York; even the April showers are a welcome change. The rain always paints the city in a different light. Everything slows down, and I find myself leisurely sipping lattes at places like Cafe Cluny or Locanda Verde, allowing myself time to slow down between meetings. And rain means more indoor playtime with my darling babe, Mila. This month, we will be joyously celebrating her first birthday! How will you ring in the start of the season? From Austin to Atlanta, I hope these pieces will keep you dry (and chic) wherever you are.
