7 Chic Equestrian Finds

I first rode a horse at the age of 3 on a family vacation at Prude Ranch in West Texas. My sister, Barbara, and I were in awe of the size and beauty of these strong, powerful animals. Since then, I have loved exploring places by horse—there is something so peaceful about riding. In fact, on a recent trip to Cumberland Island, the uninhibited wild horses trotting on the beach added to the magic of the place. With the Iroquois Steeplechase, Virginia Gold Cup, and, of course, Kentucky Derby this month, here are some pieces that celebrate the Year of the Horse.
