Here in the Southern Living offices, we’re used to making magic happen whether it’s baking Christmas cookies in July or turning a congealed salad into a star.
This week the Southern Living Test Kitchen we’ve been up to our ears in 100 lbs. of White Lily Flour, sticks on sticks on sticks of butter, and gallons of buttermilk, which we’ve turned into into 2,500 biscuits to serve up to our friends at the International Biscuit Festival in Knoxville.
And here’s the kicker. At the Biscuit Fest we’ll unveil our new favorite recipe, The Pickle Biscuit, at our tent on Biscuit Avenue. We hope to see you there. And let us know — how do you take your biscuits?
