If I won this amazing kitchen package from Hotel San Jose I would give it to my sweet boyfriend! He just moved into a new home and all these items would look perfect in his bar area. Next weekend we are joining some friends to do some wine tastings in the Austin area where he lives so these items from one of the local hotels would be fun to have!🙂

I collect cheese boards so I wil keep it for myself. The rest of the items I would gift to my friend. She collects glasses and cook books. She has a large collection of cook books and a great southern cook. It would make the perfect hostess gifts to her when I go over for her open house.

I am a nurse and would take this lovely gift to our local hospital on Christmas day. I’d give it to a fellow nurse or staff member who is unselfishly working hard and spreading Christmas cheer to our patients. I’d throw in a nice bottle of wine to be opened with the engraved bottle opener after he/she is done with their shift.

My husband and I moved to a new state. We are 1000’s of miles from our families, but thankfully we have been “adopted” by our neighbors. They’ve shown us the true meaning of “southern hospitality” and I’d love to give this to them to show our appreciation.

I would gift it to my brother and sister in law for hosting our family gatherings since Dad passed away. They are always so gracious to fill up their home with family. This would be perfect.

I’d give it to my mom. She’s a native Texan and lived only there until three years ago. We moved her up here to the Pacific Northwest to be near us for health and safety reasons (and we love having her near). But she still misses Texas and this package would be a great comfort and token from her (and my) home state.

I would absolutely LOVE to win this awesome set for our new ranch!! First, I love the cheese board, I am from France and I NEED a beautiful cheese board like this one! Second, we just bought a land here in Fort Worth, TEXAS, to build the farm house of our dreams and this “Big Ranch Big City” COOKBOOK would absolutely be fabulous for our new lifestyle😉 !! Thank you!

I need to be honest…I would be the one of my friends and close relatives who would enjoy this item the most. I am the cook and baker and read cookbooks like others read non-fiction books.

I would give this to my boyfriend. He’s the man who masterminds the meals in our house! He would really enjoy this. Heck, we both would😉

I would give this gift set to my daughter. She is finishing her last few classes before graduating from college and will be moving to her own place very soon! It would be nice to set her up with some stylish, but functional items.

I nominate me self. So I can become a domestic goddess. I’m hosting Christmas at my own home this year…for the first time…and would love some kitchen swag!

To my cousin Val, who cooks and sets a beautiful table (v those of us who think heavy duty paper plates with a design make the meal festive)

Do I have to give it away!?! Okay… okay… I won’t be selfish, especially since Father Christmas may be watching. I would give it to my future daughter-in-law who is quickly filling her hope chest.

    Me! Looks amazing!

Selfish, so I’d probably keep it for us. I would share the love by entertaining family and using my winnings!

I would give MOST of the gift to my sister, who lives in Carrboro, NC–a great town for foodies. I know she would love the cheese board and spreader, glasses, and opener. (So would I, but it is better to give than receive–especially at Christmas.) Since she is a vegetarian, I can justify keeping the cookbook–which must include fabulous beef recipes–for myself.

I would gladly wrap this up and stick it under the tree, addressed to me. Then when I open it up on Christmas morning (alone, alas) I could use the opener to pop the cork on a nice bottle and pour a glass, set out some cheese on the board to nosh on, then whip up something tasty from the book. Sounds like it would make for a great holiday, for me!

Oh this one is easy! I would gift this to my next door neighbor and best friend Beth who is from Texas. She reminds me weekly how much she misses it. She’s also very big on entertaining and loves to collect cookbooks. Perfect!

Hmmm…. I might be tempted to keep this one. Or enter it in the family Dirty Santa stash to make it exciting.
