Simple Southern Style for Spring

I’m fascinated with all of this chatter about capsule wardrobes.  The thought of editing your closet down to 37 pieces seems like a daunting and difficult task, but when you read up on how it simplifies your life, it sure looks like a good idea!  After wasting so many hours in my own closet sorting through racks and piles looking for something to wear, I’m committing to a major edit myself!  I love the tips that Austin Blogger, Caroline gives on her site.  She makes it sounds really easy and worthwhile.  Every three months, she creates a new capsule wardrobe that suits the season.  She writes that having less in her wardrobe makes her feel happier, prettier and is easier on her bank account!  The truth is that stylish women around the world appreciate the classics in the same way that our elegant style icons like Audrey and Grace did.  We don’t need a jam packed closet to pull off a great look. That’s why I’m going to spend part of today editing my closet and making a list of a few things I want to add for next season.  I’m dreaming of a spring filled with fresh white jeans, cool shift dresses and crisp gingham button downs.  What will your wardrobe inspiration be?
