In honor of our 50th anniversary, we teamed up with our friends at Goo Goo Cluster to create the special edition Hummingbird Premium Goo Goo, inspired by our very own Hummingbird Cake. First introduced to Southern Living readers in 1978, the pineapple banana spice cake continues to be one of our most requested recipes.

The Hummingbird Premium Goo Goo is made of pecan butter, pecans, banana chips, caramel, vanilla wafer and whipped pineapple white chocolate cream cheese ganache, all covered in dark chocolate.

To enter for a chance to win a Hummingbird Premium Goo Goo, tweet a photo of your favorite Southern dessert (the one that makes you go “goo goo”) and a caption that includes our Twitter handle @Southern_Living and the provided hashtag #SLGooGoo. Post your photo before 4 p.m. on Thursday, February 4. In order to win you must follow @Southern_Living on Twitter. Find official rules here.
