Amazing food, beautiful atmosphere, and great music are just a few of the things you’ll enjoy when you come to “Roast and Toast on the Coast” on Bald Head Island, North Carolina on Oct. 7-9 2016. This Southern Living Inspired Event Weekend is centered around fine wine, craft beer, craft cocktails, live music, and the best of Southern cuisine.
The weekend will kick off on Friday Oct. 7th with a choice of two fabulous dinners.
At 6pm enjoy a spectacular four-course Wine Dinner at the Shoals Club hosted by Southern Living Test Kitchen Director Robby Melvin and Shoals Club Executive Chef Chris Lubben. Seating is limited to 80 guests for this dinner and advance reservations are required (21 and up).
Also at 7pm there will be an outdoor family friendly traditional oyster roast at the Bald Head Island Club (all ages).
The festivities continue on Saturday Oct. 8th with your chance to visit open houses in the Southern Living Inspired Community at Cape Fear Station to get fresh creative design ideas at 2:30pm.
Later on in the afternoon, at 4:30pm, enjoy wine, craft beer, and specialty cocktails, along with southern delicacies and a cooking demo by Southern Living Test Kitchen Director Robby Melvin.
Cap off the night with live music at The Common at Cape Fear Station from “new grass” favorites, The Midatlantic.
End this incredible weekend of great food by enjoying a delicious Sunday brunch at the Bald Head Island Club from 10am-2pm that is sure to satisfy for your trip back home.
