Grill master and Weber cookbook author Jamie Purviance stopped by our Test Kitchen to drop off a copy of his newest book, Weber’s New Real Grilling.  The book covers everything from basic grilling dos and don’ts (don’t start with dirty grates, do use the lid) to new trends like incorporating a pizza stone or wok into your grilling game.
