If there are two things we love it’s New Orleans chefs and Gulf seafood. Seriously, who can get enough? Today Fisher’s at Orange Beach Marina announces the chance to dine with some of the Big Easy’s Best Chefs.

Called Southern Grace, the new dinner series kicks off April 17 with chef Justin Devillier from La Petite Grocery. Others on the lineup include: Donald Link (May 7); Tory McPhail (June 14); Sue Zemanick (July 17); John Besh (July 31); and John Currence (August 14).

Each Southern Grace event starts at Fisher’s at 6 p.m., with a cocktail reception that gives participants a chance to hang with the chefs. Then, dining communal style, everyone will enjoy a meal featuring Alabama Gulf Seafood, assisted by Fisher’s Executive Chef Bill Briand.

Ticket prices vary from $95 to $165 (per dinner) and most dinners will include signed cookbooks . Diners will also see clips from the Southern Foodways film highlighting Alabama Gulf Coast Foodways. Plus a portion of ticket sales benefits the SFA.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, April 4, at 10 a.m. CST.

Count us in.
