    We live in SW FL and Grill everything.,,BBQ brisket, grilled peaches with basalmic glaze & honey, blackened shrimp, bacon wrapped teriyaki shrimp, kabobs, snapper, grouper, mahi & wahoo, lobster bites, corn on the cob, zucchini, tomatoes, asparagus, pizza, BBQ chicken, beer can chicken, teriyaki chicken, black & blue burgers, avocado teriyaki bacon burgers and steaks. Sounds a bit like Bubba Gump, lol!

    So far I have smoked 3 Boston Butts. 1 with a garlic spice rub,1 with a citrus glaze and one with a sweet and tangy rub. I have made thigh and breast and mixed vegs and fruit kabobs. I have made Bratwurst, Hot Dogs and juicy cheese burger. I have grilled 1 inch T-Bones and Rib eyes bone in of course. I have made Bar B Q Chicken. I have made salmon my favorite and grilled vegs. I grill all year long because I live in Florida and it really doesn’t get that cold. I just love to grill.

    Garlic shrimp appetizers, baby back ribs and asparagus. Bacon wrapped beef tenderloin with potatoes and onions. Anything my family and friends want.

    Spathcock chicken. Use Stubbs chicken seasoning. Cook about 350deg until internal temp 165. Slap your mama good

    Tonight we grilled a little of everything. Ground sirloin “chopped steak”, Boneless chicken breasts, and some bone in thick cut pork chops. We have a grill, but it isn’t the best for smoking, but if I could we’d do some pork butt and pull it with forks, and a beer butt chicken.
