Here at Southern Living, we love a good DIY. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, the Craft Box Girls – led by craft guru Lynn Lilly – are creating fun, easy-to-make projects to spice up your entertaining, wedding planning, or holiday gifting. Check back every other Thursday for some DIY inspiration.
‘Tis the season for gifting. For many Southerners, each holiday season is accompanied with food gifts for the neighbors, a Christmas card, and maybe even a family newsletter. For a cheaper gift option, we’ve come up with these easy Hot Chocolate Spoon Favors. Both adorable and practical (because who doesn’t love hot chocolate?), accompany the spoons with a festive Christmas mug and some Hot Chocolate Mix.
Editor’s Note: These spoons can be stirred into a cup of hot milk, and chocolate will dissolve in 4-5 minutes. They can also be stirred into pre-made hot chocolate for extra flavor.
